Summer Boat Time

We haven't been on the boat in what seems like forever. (well...I guess it's been since Carter was a few months old) It was an interesting event to say the least. Carter was a fuss bucket on and off until the last 20 min, at which time he proceeded to scream the ENTIRE 20 minutes for seemingly no reason. Anyway...you can tell how tired Clayton was...but it was nice to see him not hugging the table pole has he has always done in the past (he's always been a little afraid of the boat...this time he didn't do bad at all). Christopher thinks he always has to drive, and Grandpa always lets him!! The pic of Carter was one of the few moments he was content, obviously taking after his brother's desire to drive!! All in all, it wasn't a bad trip....just an interesting one!! We had fun visiting with Brian's parents, although he works with them, I don't see them near often enough (and neither do the kids for that matter ;() We'll have to brace ourselves for the next time we'd like to endure a boat ride....at the same time as enduring the wrath of Carter!!
